		<description>wow - that actually made me cry. Not because of what you did but because I can so vividly remember doing and feeling the same with you. The shame I felt over 30 years ago is still just as strong today and reading this just makes me so sad.  I can only offer a tiny bit of  advice that probably won&#039;t even help.  Just try to tell yourself you did what you thought was okay at the time, admit to yourself - and maybe even to Keaton - that you lost control and then let it go.  It will always be with you - I can still see the whole scene (one of them) in my mind and it still hurts after all these years.  Parenting sucks sometimes!</description>
