		<description>I looked for an online reference last night for that one, and couldn&#039;t find it.  Perhaps it&#039;s because I got the details so twisted.  Turns out it was American Airlines not Delta, and it wasn&#039;t the number of olives, but rather that the olives where the additional ingredient in a pay-per-ingredient cost structure.
